Founder
Olive Contractors was founded by Kevin, a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University. Since graduating in 2016, Kevin has gained extensive experience in the construction industry — from hands-on field testing and restoration work to building science consulting and large-scale project management as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His structured, efficient approach to complex residential construction projects has earned him a trusted reputation in Toronto’s home renovation and building industry.
Kevin previously founded Den Oasis Inc., a startup focused on interior design and space transformation. Through this venture, he gained a deeper understanding of how thoughtful construction and design improve everyday living.
With the creation of Olive Contractors, Kevin brings together technical expertise, real-world construction experience, and a homeowner-first philosophy — delivering stress-free, functional, and high-quality home renovation and construction solutions across Toronto and the GTA.
